a few words on lies

A little sugar now and then
Never did you harm
A small untruth told once and again
Doesn’t cause alarm
But when the tale’s a bit too rich
And sequences you don’t know which
And who’s all right and whose a bitch
And your fake name’s Zebedee or maybe Mitch…..
Well then you have an issue
Which requires more than a tissue
The truth be told
Before it’s cold
Or else no-one will miss you !
