Philosophy’s an interesting thing
Had I the brains and will to bring
In some respects, in others not
Logic, for example, “is” and
On the other hand, is sometimes “not”.
So what to make of “I” and “me” and “self” (or “one”, so to speak)
Of Eastern or Western or German or Classical or Medieval or even Greek
Perhaps we postulate with positivists predicated with pragmatic postmodern profundities
Heading headfirst toward Hegelian “absolute realism” and harking back to Kantian dualism
You may have to first get your head around whether this is”spiritualism”.
In what respect is the latest “~ism”
So different from that which have been thought of before ?
(I have no idea, actually. I am therefore a sceptic, not a didactic realist)
But sadly over time excessive strain
Undoes a complex brain.
Nietzsche not so late in life did clearly lose the plot !
Kant, before him, being German, “happiness” forgot
Utilitarianism did speak of that and indeed of greater good !
Maybe, one day, we’ll understand and look at trees, not wood !
