I wish you love

My friend (or should that be runaway train ?) Mr. Shvets posed the question to his many friends who we would send our love to. That got me scribbling…….

Each day
I wish for many things
For good health and wealth
And many joys each person brings

I wish for all my friends’ success
I (sincerely) wish I don’t make a mess !
I even wish, as Voltaire did,
To make mine enemies look stupid

At night I wish upon a star
And hope, whether you are near or far
That you think of me, as I do you
And I wish you to know, my love is true

But the thing I wish most of all
With eternal blessings from above
Is happiness always
And I wish you love.
